Job Description: Our facility consists of multiple banquet rooms,a large commercial kitchen, and a restaurant. We host many private parties from weddings and seminars to graduation and anniversary parties. This position will require working with customers to develop meals of their choice within their budget, develop and maintain menus for both the banquet facility and the restaurant, and manage kitchen staff. The person fullfilling this position must keep the budget of the facility in mind. This person must take a hands on role in cooking for events and work to keep labor, as well as food costs under control.
